Payments

The quickest and easiest way to secure an item is to buy through our website.

Alternatively we will email an invoice across to you for payment. Items will not be despatched or marked as sold until payment has been received. Please ensure you check all the information on the invoice and contact us ASAP if you feel any details are incorrect.

 
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any access issues at the delivery address at the point of ordering, it is also the customer’s responsibility to check measurements of the item before purchasing.

Upholstery - Payments

If you are supplying your own fabric we would ask for proof of receipt or a small deposit. If you are ordering fabric through us direct we will email an invoice across, once this is paid we will order the fabric and this will secure a start date in our diary. 

 

On completion we will email across another invoice for the final payment which we would ask to be paid within 48 hours. Payment must be cleared before collection/delivery.

Bespoke furniture - Payments

We will discuss in detail your chosen specification. We will email to clarify all the specification details, it is the customers responsibility to inform us ASAP if any details regarding the specification are incorrect. Once the item has been made, we will not be held liable for any change in spec. We offer a no returns policy on all of our bespoke furniture.

Please note we will do our utmost to meet your desired sizes however we do have a 1/2cm tolerance.

Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days unless any of the following applies:

 

We are unable to offer a refund on any item when any damage has occurred after delivery.

We are unable to offer a refund on items that you no longer want, i.e wrong dimensions or colour. If brought online without viewing our 14 day returns policy will apply, excluding bespoke furniture.

We are unable to offer a refund on any item known to be damaged is repaired by third party.

We do not accept returns on any bespoke furniture.

Delivery of returned items will be paid by the customer.
