We welcome Customer's Own Material (COM), which can be delivered directly to our Devon workshop or brought to us in person. UK & Worldwide Furniture DeliveryAt Franklin & Hare, we are pleased to arrange UK-wide and international furniture delivery, ensuring your chosen pieces reach you safely and with care.We provide tailored delivery and shipping quotations based on the size, weight and destination of your furniture, as well as any specific handling requirements, including whether a one or two-person delivery service is needed.Once your order is confirmed, we will liaise with you to arrange a convenient delivery date and keep you informed of the anticipated delivery timeframe.Important Delivery InformationIt is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any potential access restrictions or delivery difficulties at the time of ordering, including narrow doorways, staircases or limited access to the property.Customers are also responsible for checking all furniture dimensions before purchasing to ensure their chosen pieces can be accommodated within the intended space and safely delivered into the property.Get a quote

Can I return an item or request a refund?At Franklin & Hare, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.Antique & Ready-to-Purchase FurnitureWe accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Terms & Conditions and your statutory consumer rights.We encourage customers to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, dimensions and condition details before purchasing.
