Can I choose my own fabric?


At Franklin and Hare we offer a wide range of high quality fabrics, choose from luxurious velvets, rustic linens, cosy wools, beautiful bold prints and many more. Or if you already have something in mind, feel free to use your own. You can either post it direct to us or hand deliver it to our store.




How long will delivery be?


We will happily organise delivery to your chosen address, UK or international shipping available.
Delivery can vary depending on the size/ weight of the item/s, where we need to deliver to and if it is a one or two man job. If we cannot deliver the item ourselves then we will use one of our select few independent and reliable couriers as it is highly important to us that your item arrives in the same condition it left our shop. We will give you a date of delivery and can keep you updated on an estimated time of arrival. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any access issues at the point of ordering, it is also the customer’s responsibility to check measurements of the item before purchasing.




Can I get a refund?


All of our items are sold as seen, we try to provide an accurate description of each item. Please contact us for further information or additional photos of an item if you are unsure before purchasing.




Can you source items?


Not quite found what you are looking for? At Franklin and Hare we will happily source that special piece of furniture you have been looking for or if you have a space but not quite sure what piece of furniture will work best, let us find the perfect piece to complete the room. Or make use of our bespoke services and design your very own one of piece of furniture.
