A rare pair of Howard Keith Fanfare chairs. Newly reupholstered in a Jane Churchill fabric. The Fanfare was the largest wingback produced by HK furniture and are overall a very striking, well designed pair of armchairs which are very stylish and comfortable. 

The chairs have been completely rebuilt from the frame up with feather wrapped foam cushions, consisting of foam surrounded by a zipped feather jacket. They require a minimal amount of maintenance and hold their shape whilst offering a good level of support and comfort.

Jane Churchill Daro -Turquoise, The  Almora Weaves collection is a textured basketweave fabric that uses an interesting mix of yarns, and contrasts colour and neutral to dramatic effect.

A Brief history of Howard Keith.

Founded in 1933 by Howard Keith, HK furniture established a name for high quality upholstered products. Howard Keith became one of the country’s top furniture designers in the 40’s and 50’s. In the 1970’s HK started manufacturing high end conference tables and executive desks and became known for craftsmanship, he also produced furniture for Heals of London in the second half of the 1950’s
